本日はお昼過ぎからホルモンにキンキンに冷えて水滴も凍ったグラスのビールという至福をしてきた。。
・豆もやしはくためで味は濃すぎずだし小サイズでも十分だろうなと思うほどノーマルサイズはビックマウンテン盛り
・センマイ刺しは柔らかく繊細な口当たりといった感想。あっさりとしているからほかの一品箸休め以上に卓に一個マストで頼みたい
・ホルモン盛り本日のラインアップは「ホルモン、ジョウミノ、ハツモト、てっぽー、ハツ」どれれもそれぞれ触感や脂乗りなんかが違うものだし、ボリュームもしっかりでまずは色々食べたいなら三点盛りからもあるので盛り合わせはチョーお勧め✨
特にホルモンはぷるんぷるんで下処理の丁寧さを感じるほど食べやすいしまとったたれがうんまい。
あとミノってあましこのんで頼まないし永遠と呑み込めないというイメージなのだけど、ここは噛むほどうま味を感じるし歯ごたえとさくっと触感で噛み切れるイカみたいにとっても食べやすくて驚いた！
・タン塩は結構しっかり厚みがあるのにさくっと怖いくらい柔らかく食べられて、レモンや何かをつける必要がないくらい塩の味とタンのうま味でおいしい
・ツラミは結構薄目で小ぶりな感じの見た目だけど焼いて固いとか、縮こまりすぎるてことがなく見た目の決めつけはいかんと自分反省するおいしさ
・そんで冷麺が大好きな味すぎた
麺の感じはちゅるっとした表面で弾力や噛み応えがあるタイプではない
うえにのったてんこ盛りの辛味ネギせんがたまらなくおいしくて焼肉の締めは冷麺だな。もはや亀戸ホルモンに来てこの冷麺食べるために序盤ホルモンをどう選ぶか悩むかもってくらい好きな味だった
最後にレジ横にファブリーズがあるのです。個々って結構焼肉とかのお店さんで重要ポイントだと思う
