閑静な住宅街の中にあります。
お店は週末のみの営業でネットでの予約を推奨。
店内はこじんまりしていてカウンター席とテーブル席があります。
頂いたのは
⚪︎ミートパイ 450円
⚪︎フランス式ホットケーキ 800円
⚪︎アールグレイ 400円
予約時にミートパイの取り置きをお願いしておきました。ミートパイは発酵バターを使っていて繊細でパリパリ。中は黒毛和牛と黒豚の粗挽きが詰まっていてジューシー。
フランス菓子の製法から作られているホットケーキはたっぷりのホイップバターがのってて自家製のシロップが別添えで。
ホットケーキは表面こんがりと丁寧に焼かれていて見た目から美味しそう。生地はギュッと詰まってますがほろっとした食感でふっくらふかふか。熱々の生地に軽いホイップバターがじんわり染みてどんどん溶けてく。シロップは自然な甘さでかけ過ぎってくらいかけてちょうどいい甘さでした。
厚みがあり大きいのでボリュームあります。
私のツボで美味しいホットケーキでした！
