青森県つがる市直営のお店です。
初めて知ったのですが、つがる市は国内有数のメロンの産地のようです。
何回か行ったことがありましたが、初めて知りました……
・専門店のメロンクリームソーダ
見た目がかなり美味しそうだったので、注文しました。
1口飲んでみると、あっさりとしていてたしかにクリームソーダです。
ですが、天然といいますか、フレッシュな甘さで、かなり美味しい。
メロンのジェラートをとかすと、よりメロンの濃厚な甘さが広がります♬
青肉メロンも美味しいし、ライムがさわやかに引き締める仕事をしていたり……抜かりがない！
・メロンのバスクチーズケーキ
珍しいと思い注文しました。
バスチーに赤肉メロンやクリームがトッピングされています。
濃厚なチーズが美味しいケーキは、外がサクサクです♬
メロンのソースや、果肉と一緒に食べるとかなり食が進みます。
チーズとメロンが合わないわけが無いです！
どちらも美味しく、素敵なカフェでした。
旬の時期や、それ以外の時期でメニューを変える工夫をしているようで、年中通いたいお店ですね♬
