あかり2号店、ではなくて、あかり はなれが正しいのではないのか？
平日ランチです。
飯田橋の餃子専門店が、ホテルエドモントの近所にOPENしてました。
春には存在を確認はしていたのですが、ときどき不定期にお休みだったりしていたので、
漸くこの日訪問です。
本店は餃子の定食がメインですが、
こちらは、丼物がメイン。
しかしながら全品に餃子3個がついてくるというスタイルです。
ランチで餃子メインで選択することがないだけに、
ありがたいサービスです。
訪問時間11:30、先客無し、後客2組3名で女子率高し。
ランチの丼は5種類、油淋鶏丼にも惹かれたのですが、
この日は牛さんの気分、ということでローストビーフ丼1000円を選択。
そういえば本店でもローストビーフを食べたことを思い出してしまいました^^;
4分で、サラダと餃子が提供、その1分後みそ汁と丼が提供でした。
ビジュアルは本店のローストビーフとほぼ同じ。
ご飯の上には刻まれたキャベツが敷かれ、
その上に厚めにカットされたローストビーフが5切れ。
TOPには生卵の黄味。
上からびっしりとマヨネーズ！
過去の本店の投稿を見るとビジュアルはほぼ同じですね。
お肉は厚みがあるので、噛み応えあり、そして肉を味わうことが可能です。
しかしながら今回はちょっと硬い部分もありました。
まあしゃーないです。
ご飯は比較的少な目です。
ソースは控えめにかけられていますが、
後半ご飯ははつゆだく状態。
おまけにそこに玉子の黄身が流れ込みます。
丼の形状がおしゃれすぎて、箸だけでは食べにくい。
レンゲは無いので、必然的にかっ込むことになります(笑)
別途提供いただいた餃子。
皮はパリッとしていて悪くないです。
餃子は小さ目ですが、なかなか味は良しでした。
テーブル調味料は3種ありますが。
これすべて何かしら調合済みのソースかな。
黒っぽいソースをかけてみたら、
醤油と黒酢の味わい。
なかなか味わい深い餃子でした、さすが！
