札幌でそれなりに味噌ラーメン食べてきたから思うけど、ここは本場のそれ
というか本場以上のあれ
濃厚でラードが張られた熱々のスープ大好き
まじで濃厚、美味しい
今回玉子も注文してみたけどいいねぇ
写真撮れてないけど濃厚すぎて黄身がもう赤だったよ
それともやしは別皿で注文
もやし入っちゃうとやっぱり少しスープが薄くなるから別皿はおすすめ
なぜかもやしもずっとあっつあつで美味しい
