札幌の『すみれ』で17年間修業し、札幌本店や北海道の各支店、新横浜ラーメン博物館、京都店、他、複数の店舗で店長や新店舗の立ち上げを務められた方が開業した店。 |
寒〜い菜種梅雨 あまり並ばないだろうと勘ぐったけど開店直後なのに3回転目の入店で1時間並ぶ羽目に 甘かった
味噌ラーメンのチョイスは当然、白米とコマギレチャーシュー（量が多かった）も注文
予想通りのラードの浮き具合で味は濃いめで大蒜が香ってくる
麺もtheすみれの麺
最後、ちょっと完飲きつかったので割りスープ貰いました
個人的な好みは別のすみれ系が一番ですが高評価されるのも納得
しかしながら私の行ったすみれ系はどこのお店も店内外が綺麗でどんなに忙しくても店主が挨拶してくれて本当に印象がいい バイトのお兄ちゃんは頑張れ
