札幌の『すみれ』で17年間修業し、札幌本店や北海道の各支店、新横浜ラーメン博物館、京都店、他、複数の店舗で店長や新店舗の立ち上げを務められた方が開業した店。 |
土曜日10時50分くらいに到着しましたが、既に20人近くいましたかね。結局着丼まで1時間程度待ちました。最後の砦、３席の椅子に座れた時にはまるで砂漠でオアシスに辿り着いたようで安堵しました。
食券にて別皿チャーシューと定番味噌ラーメンに味玉を付けました。すみれや純連系の味噌ラーメンで今や都内ナンバーワンの評価のようですね。浅草橋の福龍もそうですが、そんなに目新しさはないように思えます。特徴として苦味さえ感じる味の濃さ、ラードの層でいつもアツアツ、おろし生姜があるかと思います。最初は美味しく頂けるのですが、そのうち味の濃さ、特に塩分が目立ちキツくなってきます。店内の張り紙を見ますと、そんな人用に割りスープで薄めることが可能なようで早速割りスープを頂きましたらこれが大正解！丁度良い塩梅のスープとなりました。麺は定番玉子麺。味玉は黄身がオレンジで良い卵使ってるんだろうなー。チャーシューはロース肉だから脂身は少なめで美味しいです。
