久しぶりにすみれ系のラーメンが食べたくなって
【三ん寅】
へ行ってきました
お店に到着したのはオープン30分前くらい
8〜9番目でした
1回転目に入れましたがラーメンが出てきたのは座ってから15分くらいしてからでした
味噌ラーメン
ネギ
味玉
ライス
スープはラードの膜で覆われているので湯気は出てませんが熱々です
味は濃いめですがコクもあるのでそこまで気にせず食べれました
麺はちぢれ麺でスープも程よく絡みます
玉子の味も硬さも良かったです！
全体を通して昔懐かしい味を思い出せました
寒い日に食べたらもっと美味しいんだろうなと思いました
ごちそうさまでした
