猛暑の中、友人と二人で行って来ました。
カウンター８席の小さなお店に二人の若い板前さんが。
以前は金沢の料亭『浅田』で修行されてたそう。
一つ一つの料理が丁寧で美味しく久しぶりにちゃんとした日本食を食べた気がしました。
