麻布十番の名店「天冨良よこ田」が神楽坂に出店。
というキャッチを見て、ならば行ってみようかとオープンして１週間位で伺ってみました。
入口入って奥にカウンター６席と、途中に個室がいくつもありました。
取りあえずカウンターに座らせていただくことに。
【天婦羅と寿司コース11000円】を事前に予約。
・飯タコ、葉ワサビ、鯛子
盛り付けは綺麗なのですが、葉ワサビはワサビの辛味が全くなく、茹でてからの工程に疑問が。
・ハマグリ真薯、菜花、柚子の花、紅心大根
真薯は悪くないのですが、柚子の花は入れすぎ。。。
・イサキのお造り
つまなどは細かい仕事がしてあります。山葵は擦りたてが良いかな。
・わか筍煮
お出汁も筍も美味しかった。けど、わかめは硬め。。
以前の麻布十番のよこ田さんと同じくカレー塩も提供。。。そりゃ期待値も高まりますけどね。

iphoneのおかげで写真は美しく撮れていますが、正直がっかり。
少しでも天婦羅よこ田さんの雰囲気を継承されているお店かと思いきや、麻布十番の看板はそのままで、油、素材、仕入れ、何一つ継承されているものはありませんでした。
残念ですが全くの別店舗です。
天婦羅は油の質、油切れも悪く、少量の提供でしたが、最後までいただけませんでした。
寿司もシャリは水分量多め、握りもネタのレベルも全く、天婦羅と同じ感想。
接客も全然で、疑問が残ります。
期待値が高かった分（せめて名前が異なっていればここまでがっかりはしなかったと思います）、全てのレベルをあげられないと、神楽坂のグルマン達には愛してもらえないのでは。。。
この先もっと頑張って欲しいですね。
