噂のNose to tailにお誘いいただきました。
隠れ家バーのようなロゴのドアを開けると、
焼肉とは思えないスタイリッシュな店内です。
厨房を囲むコの字型カウンターに一同着席。
先ず見た事のないジン類に圧倒されます。
全て国産のクラフトジン。スコッチも国産。
イチローズモルトはオプションですが何と500円！！
ミズナラあるし。これは後で絶対に飲まないと。
基本、オーナが説明しながら全て焼いてくれます。
その口上が素晴らしい。抑揚つけてドラマチックに
話を盛り上げるので、聞いてるだけで美味しい。
引き込まれてメモ殆どとれませんでした（言い訳）
皆さん丁寧に記載されてるので、メニューの記載は
サボらせていただきます御免なさい。
最初に何となくビールを頼んでしまいましたが、
初めからオーナーに全てお任せするべきでした。
一つ一つの料理に合わせて、提案されるドリンクは
それで初めて完成するかのような芸術品。
マルチョウの上質な脂の後のヨーグルトカクテル
なんて本当によく考えつきますね。
金網を取って炭の上の直焼き、キレイな漫画盛りご飯
調理しながらも、客同士のちょっとした雑談を拾って
自然に会話に入ってくるトーク力。
全てが極上のエンターテイメントでした。

Since its opening, word has spread quickly, and it has become a fantastic restaurant that is fully booked up to three years in advance. The menu for the day I was invited for the first time in a while was as follows: -Tail soup seasoned with only salt -Tsurami sashimi with salt, wasabi, and dashi soy sauce.・Hassun-bon includes salad-style Cow tongue, pickled chili fish and corned beef omelet, mouth-cooked meat miso, strawberry beef sashimi, striped mackerel lotus root manju, liver pate and sake lees Cream Puffs mino, hachinosu, and senmai. , Soup made with dashi stock from Giara ・Ota beef sirloin and Chiya beef inner thigh.・Freshly cooked vermicular steak with salt and wasabi ・Aged dried skirt steak ・Nakanik and frozen egg yolk on top of rice ・Rice that puts maruchō on rice and eats its fat ・Dirty Steak grilled directly over charcoal ・Homemade Senmai Isobe Maki ・Super thickly sliced tongue moto and tanshita ・Otoikofu soba I was again overwhelmed by the exchange of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) after rice.
