I visited "Kasahara", a Gold Award-winning yakitori restaurant, 8 minutes walk from Kagurazaka Station. It is located on the second floor with the same entrance as Kimoto. A friend invited me to visit. The yakitori is made with Takasaki chicken from Tanba Sasayama. The quality and cooking of the Takasaki chicken was very high and it was delicious. However, I felt that I was expected to eat in silence without taking photos or talking, which didn't feel right. I couldn't see the grilling, and there was no conversation with the owner, so I didn't feel that there was any need for a counter. I had heard that it was a strict restaurant, but I was very excited to visit, so I was very disappointed. [Today's menu] I was told to take out my phone, so I couldn't take notes, but... ・Chicken breast sashimi ・Liver sashimi ・ chicken dish, chicken ・Back liver ・Liver ・Furisode ・Tonjiri ・Pickled vegetables, grated daikon ・Chicken fillet ・Bamboo shoots ・Negima ・ Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) I wanted to eat meatballs or soriless. I didn't feel like ordering more. It was delicious until the very end.
