数々の美食家を唸らせる焼鳥の名店に初訪問してきました。
元々は関西で有名なお店で神楽坂に移転されたんですね。
扱う鶏は丹波篠山の「高坂鶏」で、紀州で最高峰の職人が作る備長炭で焼き上げていく。
店内では携帯を出してはいけなくて撮影禁止です。
絶妙に火入れされたジューシーかつ旨味が爆発した焼鳥はさすがの美味しさ。
美味しかったので、締めの親子丼、ラーメン、そぼろ丼全部食べてしまいましたw
美味しかったです。
