All dishes are homemade. The chef, who trained at multiple restaurant in Tokyo, will demonstrate his skills based on the concept of modern classics. For lunch, the prix-fixe course is popular, and the pasta and main dishes change daily, so please choose according to your preference. Dinner is an omakase course prepared using the best cooking methods using the ingredients of the day from the Goto Islands and Amakusa City. The classic "fish soup" is a specialty that is carefully prepared over two days. Please enjoy the flavors that make use of seasonal ingredients.

The seafood is freshly caught on the same day and shipped directly from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. The meat we use is A5 rank Amakusa Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kumamoto Prefecture. We offer carefully selected fresh seafood and meat. We are also particular about herbs, and order them from "Niikura Farm" in Tanashi, Nishi-Tokyo City. We offer seasonal herbs from dozens of fresh herbs. The rich aroma from the salad and herbal tea will soothe your body and mind. Please fully enjoy the taste of each ingredient.
