神楽坂口より徒歩5分和菓子の「五十鈴」の隣に
生産者直営ふらの和牛専門店「よしうし」
友人がとってもお気に入りで札幌に行った時
「よしうし本店」にも行ったくらい大好きなお店
東京では、なかなかふらの和牛を頂けるお店がないとの事
でお誘い頂き伺いました。
店内はお洒落な落ち着いたカウンターと個室があります。
今回は個室で頂きました。
予約してくれていたコースは
生肉好きのゆっきーに合わせて
【特選よしうしコース】 11,550円(税込)
ドリンクはジンジャーエール500円
「だししゃぶしゃぶ」又は「焼きすき」
「だししゃぶ」をしました。
お店のスタッフの方がしゃぶしゃぶは
食べごろにしゃぶしゃぶしてくださいました。
綺麗なふらの牛と澄んだお出汁
あぶらがとろけます。
