本日はこちらのお店にお邪魔しました！
札幌にある人気店が東京に上陸したと聞いて、同僚と行ってきました。
大抵の焼肉って食べた後、胃もたれしちゃうんですよね。
でもこちらのふらの和牛は全く胃もたれしなくて衝撃でした。
上質な脂ってこういうことをいうんだなと。
今回は富良野コースをいただきました。
全て取り分けて提供してもらえるので、接待や会食にかなり適してると思いました。
内装も和を貴重としていて落ち着いてますし、個室も完備なので内密な話なども比較的できるかと。
カウンターもあるので大切な人とのデートにも使えそうです。
コースは9品。中盤あたりでお腹が満たされるほど。
まだ来るのか！というくらいのコスパ良すぎのコースです。
(まだ来るのかといいつつも、美味しいので全部平らげちゃいました。)
もちろんお肉のクオリティ文句なし。
お肉本来の旨味がしっかり逃げずに詰まっていて口の中でとろけてなくなってしまうほど。
いろんな部位を楽しめるのもコースの醍醐味ですね。〆のクッパも杏仁豆腐も手を抜いてなく、
最後まで料理長の愛のこもったお料理の数々で終始感動してしまいました。
また嫌味がなく自然で丁寧な接客に、同僚も『いいお店知っちゃった』って言ってました。
教えたくないけど、ついつい教えたくなる、ふらの和牛専門店。
今度は誰を連れてこようかな。ご馳走様でした！
