Italian Barcafe KIMURAYA 飯田橋 跡地にオープンしたこちらを訪問。
L.O.にはまだ時間がありましたが、店内に客は2名のみと空いていたので、
入口近く、窓際の4人掛けテーブルに案内されます。
ランチメニューを眺め、普段なら定番のゴーヤチャンプルー定食をチョイス
する所ですが、店の看板には「沖縄ステーキバル」って書かれてる訳なんで、
カットステーキ定食200g（1,500円）をオーダーする事に。
ライス大盛できますがって事でしたが、肉を200gにしたので、今回は普通盛り
でお願いします。
約5分でスープと前菜のサラダが運ばれてきたので、ステーキ待ちつつ最初に
いただきます。
その間にステーキ用のにんにく醤油、オニオンソース、岩塩、ガーリックチップ
が卓上に置かれます。
そして、オーダーから9分後にステーキの提供です。脂が跳ねるので、皿に取って
召し上がり下さいと。
目の前の肉、まぁまぁの量です。200gにしてよかった。そしてライスも普通盛り
ですが、お茶碗いっぱい。この肉の量とならバランス取れてるかも。
まずは肉をそのまま1切れ口に運びます。レア目の肉は若干臭みを感じます。
この後、鉄板や石に押し付けて焼き加減が増す事で、この臭みも感じなくなり
ましたが。
肉は柔らかくて、課っとされた大きさも丁度良く食べやすいです。
この後は、にんにく醤油、オニオンソース、岩塩、ガーリックチップを交互に
試しながら食べ進めます。
オニオンソースを付けるとかなりサッパリ感が味わえます。岩塩やガーリック
チップも悪くないですが、個人的にはにんにく醤油が好みかな。
何も付けないパターンも交えつつ、4種の味を楽しみましたが、にんにく醤油多め
だったかな。
200gの肉を平らげ、冷たいお冷を飲んでクールダウン。
一息ついてお会計。支払方法に何が使えるか尋ねた所、QRコード決済は不可と。
その他の電子マネーならって事で、交通系電子マネーでお支払いです。
帰り際には、オープン記念のクーポンを頂きました。
次回は定番のゴーヤチャンプルーや沖縄そばも食べてみたいですね。
