（2022年11月初訪問）
平日ランチです。
先日飯田橋駅の西側に、沖縄料理店が立て続けに2店舗OPEN。
そのうちの1店舗を訪問してみました。
場所サクラテラスの外堀側。
懐かしいですね、大学時代に毎日歩いた場所です。
もちろんサクラテラスなんて存在してなくて、角っこが前田建設、裏側が警察病院でしたっけ？
訪問時間13:00頃、先客なし、後客なしですがUberの出前が3回。
席数は結構多くて、カウンター、テーブル、お店の奥にはボックス席。
窓際のテーブル席へ案内いただきました。
お願いしたのは自家製ラフテーセット1,000円をお願いします。
ご飯大盛無料ですが、もちろんノーマルサイズ！
セットのドリンクはアイスコーヒーを選択。
すぐにスープ、サラダ、アイスコーヒーが提供。
レタス中心のミニサラダには鶏むねのスライスが2片。
ラフテーとライスは5分後に提供。
ラフテーの器の中にはラフテーがぎっしり。
部厚めの角煮が6個詰まってます。
傍らには ホウレンソウ、煮玉子、TOPには白髪ねぎ。
お皿のヘリには練りからし。
ラフテーの煮汁の味は、結構味強めです。
ご飯のおかずの煮物にはもってこい！
ラフターは脂部分はトロトロになるまで煮込まれていて、
かつおつゆがしっかりしみ込んでいます。
臭みなどなくて、脂部分は甘いですが、あまりしつこさはなし！
それにしてもお肉のボリュームがすごい。
食べきれるかどうか不安になってきます。
ホウレンソウは適度に歯ごたえがあって、
ちゃんと考えられて、時間差で投入されていました。
箸休めにドンピシャ。
最後の締めは味玉。
きみの部分は半熟とろとろ。
これをおつゆと一緒にいただきました。うまい！！
満足度が上がるラストシーンとなりました。
食後にアイスコーヒー一気飲み。
当初1,000円はちと高いのでは？と思っていましたが、
このサラダに、このラフテーのボリューム。
お値段以上の価値観あるかと思います。
次回はソーキそばかなあ。
でもさらにお値段が高い。
何かさらにびっくりする仕掛けがあるのかしら？
