飯田橋方面へ繰り出してみました。
なんとなく目に留まった看板
『お肉とお酒足りてる？』
まあ、食べるのは好きなので基本過剰摂取です 笑
ほっといても増える炭水化物
肉を補給しときましょう！
因みにお酒はなくても大丈夫な人なので、常に足りてるよ。
こちら『Mancher kitchen』さんは沖縄ステーキバル
ランチメニューは沖縄料理がいっぱいです。
お店の中も沖縄っぽい
『まんちゃー』って沖縄の方言では『混ぜること』を意味するようですよ。。。

・・・それだけです。話題、広げられじ〜。
沖縄と言えば、『チャンプルー』とか『ソーキそば』とかを最初に思い浮かべてしまいますが、実は『ステーキ』の聖地としても有名で、和牛と違って脂身の少ない赤身肉のステーキが定番のようですね。
こちらはステーキバルですし、メニュー筆頭の『沖縄ステーキ100g』を頼んでみました。
やはり赤身肉のステーキが出て来ました。
これ、良質で柔らかいけど、肉感をしっかり愉しめるとっても美味しいカットステーキでした。
バターの下味をほんのりと感じました。
コクが出て味が引き立ちますね。
タレはスッキリ目の甘口ステーキソースとおろしダレの2種類あって、ガーリックチップも好みで掛けられます。
美味しかったので、200gにしとけば良かったと思いましたが、100gでも満足感ありました。
あと、スープがレモンが効いていて、ステーキには合いますね。
