1年以上前からスケルトンになっていた空き家物件に飲食店が入っており思わず自転車を止めて覗いてみると、牛肉麺のお店。以前渋谷在住の友人が近所にガチっぽい牛肉麺の店ができたと報告くれてたのと確か同じ店名だ。
ちょうど13時を回っており店内は5分の客入り、入ってみる。
券売機は最近新聞でも賛否を賑わせてた松屋のスタイル。香菜や辣油の量を好みで指定するのだがわかりにくく、増量をすると、その分勝手に合計金額が跳ね上がってる仕組み。香菜はまだしも、辣油は卓上味変アイテムとして無料で提供して欲しい。回転寿司テロに対応したものとも思えるが、2倍、3倍と言われても初めての客にとってはデフォルトの量もわからず選びようがない。全部普通で牛肉は2枚乗せで790円。最近大概のものを人民元換算しては日本の物価の安さを思うのだがこれに関しては40元は中国の3〜4倍だろう。(注:後日修正しています。)
麺はシコシコした硬めだが食感がツルツルと滑らかなのが好みでない。
スープは普通。昔よく食べた上海の蘭州麺屋を彷彿とさせる化調系。丼底の残存物確かめたくて飲み進めたが何もなし。あと辣油も香菜も普通で十分です。
帰ってから百度でググると中国からのチェーン出店ではなく、新進華僑社長経営のチェーン店らしい。中国メディアのインタビュー動画で「中国から連れてくる厨師(コック)には中国の10倍、最低でも2万元(40万円)は払う！」と豪語されており、なるほどと価格に納得。
