成蔵の跡地で営業されてたお弟子さんが独立されたお店
まず、キャベツ用のドレッシングは青じそ(苦手)以外のも欲しかった。
卓上の塩もソースも2種類。あとはからし。
黒の方の塩はゆで卵臭のするあのタイプ。使い道はわからない。
常陸の輝きという銘柄のリブロースと追加でヒレをひとつオーダー
めちゃめちゃ美味しい！
肉は柔らかく、あまり重さも感じない。ヒレも適度な弾力があって水分も抜けてない。間違いなく最高クラスのとんかつ。
豚汁も悪くない。
ただ、味以外のホスピタリティは…
塩をためておけるような小皿がないから、毎回ガリガリ削る手間が発生してそのせいでなんなら付ける量も調整できない。いい具合を見つける頃にはもう最後の一切れ…
ヒレカツは断面写真を撮りたかったのでカットしておいて欲しかったけど、なにか意図があってのことか。
衣カスを皿に乗せてその上にとんかつを乗せて立体的に見せるということをされていたが、個人的にはそんなに衣いらない…
結果的に重く感じなかったけど、カスの油がまたとんかつの衣にまわってしまったり…しないのかな？
ご飯等もおかわりしようとすると有料、先に大盛りを頼んでおくなら無料。出てくる漬物の味もわからない段階でご飯の量は決めたくない。
1人なんだかんだで5000円超えてくるような店としては気になるところはかなり多かったけど、味は美味しかったです。
良くも悪くもあの店とは全く別の店、という事でした。
