並びは2組4名！
オープン前にオーダーを取りに来ました！
注文は東の匠SPFのヒレ3個@2,500-(1個50gも無い感じ)
追加でがんす、魚のすり身にチーズ入りの揚げ物@500-
低温揚げなので着席してから少し待ちました！
多分、20分くらい？
ソースは何故か2種類？スタッフの説明ありません！
生ソース中濃と書かれた物と、陶器の器に柄杓が入ってる、良くトンカツ屋である器のソース！
どちらも試して食したが、どちらも普通に美味しい！
どちらも甘さ控えめなソースです！
生ソースはキャベツに合う！
陶器のソースはとんかつに合う！
でもヒレ肉にはモンゴルの黒い塩が1番美味しかったです！
ヒレ肉はかなり柔らかくレア寄りのミディアムレアな感じ！
俗に言う歯がなくても噛み切れる柔らかさ！
味は良くてもコスパは悪いですね！
因みに東の匠SPFロースは120g@2.500-
それと更にランクアップした豚肉(常陸の輝き)もありますよ！
