あげつきにも行きたかったけど、ここも神楽坂で美味しいと評判のとんかつ屋さん。行ったことないし、と向かいました。
軽子坂の上の方です。
お店は階段を上がり2階。
感じの良い接客でした！
こちらのは低温で揚げてあり白いとんかつですよ。
とても軽いパン粉で、持ち上げるだけでパラパラ落ちてしまうほど。
まず、ご飯と豚汁とお漬物が来まして、その光り輝く白いご飯がまぁ美味しそうで！！艶々ピカピカ炊き立て♡っていう色白の美人さん。
そしてヒレカツにして大正解。
このお肉最高。
弾力と香りと肉肉っぽさと1番好きなヒレの状態。
キャベツもあの硬い千切りじゃなくて柔かぁいタイプの千切り！これ好き！さっぱりドレッシングでどんどん食べちゃいます。
連れはロースにしたので私のを丸っと一つ持って行き、小さめの二切れのロースをくれたのですが…なんか割に合わない気がして笑
それに小さいところだったせいか脂が多くて。
胸やけ〜…あぅ。
せっかくヒレがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったのに、そこだけ失敗した。
