On this day, I went on Yakiniku (Grilled meat) date with my friends in Kagurazaka. I entered a store called "Sashiyori Kagurazaka". The inside of the store had a chic and calm atmosphere, and I was greeted with a pleasant greeting. Cheers with draft beer. The concept is Japanese-style Yakiniku (Grilled meat) eaten with soy sauce. You can enjoy high-quality Yakiniku (Grilled meat) made with Kumamoto's domestically produced Kuroge Wagyu beef. ★Sashiyori set (appetizer) (1100 yen) x 2 One letter round and round, Mentaiko, Edamame ★Karashi lotus root (770 yen) The crunchy texture and the spiciness of the mustard are pleasant. I love mustard lotus root, which is easy to cut and eat. From here I switched to a red wine called Montes. ★Three types (6,380 yen) Assortment of rare parts of red meat such as ichibo, zabuton, and misuji. All of the meats combine the sweetness of the marbled meat with the flavor of the lean meat, allowing you to enjoy the original taste of beef. It also went great with the soy sauce-based sauce. ★ Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) set (2,750 yen) A hearty Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with plenty of ingredients. The juicy offal is soft and melts in your mouth. The soup stock is simple but has a rich and nutritious taste, and you can enjoy the rice porridge at the end. ★Homemade Tongue Stew (1,980 yen) A stew made with Cow tongue simmered until it becomes melty.It was very soft and delicious. The quality meat was so delicious that I couldn't help but eat and drink a lot. The service was bright and polite, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.
