ビーフパスタ跡地にオープンしたこちらを訪問。
グランドオープン間もない時に訪問も売り切れで終了、翌日訪問するも、これまた
売り切れって事で、さらにその翌日の訪問。3度目の正直でようやく入店です。
訪問時間は13時半、先客は3組4名とちょっと少な目。空いている2人掛けテーブル
席に案内されます。
店内レイアウトは、ビーフパスタの時とほとんど変わってないですね。
オープンしてすぐなんで、店内はかなりキレイです。
卓上のメニューを眺め、生パスタミートソース（1,000円）を単品で。
フィットチーネかリングィーネを選べますが、フィットチーネがオススメですって
事なので、じゃあそれでと。
店内を行きかうホールの店員は皆さんテキパキ動いていて気持ちがいいですね。
店内を眺めつつ、待つこと約6分で提供です。
まずは麺を1本そのまま口に。生パスタの歯応えがしっかり感じられる丁度いい
茹で加減です。
次にソースをちょっとフォークに乗せ口に。味付けはいい感じですが、ちょっと
あっさりしてる感じ。ミートソース専門店って事でもっと濃厚なミートソースを
想像してたんですが、そこまででは無いなって。
で、そのソースを麺に絡めていただきます。麺に絡めると、さっきより余計に
味付のインパクトが弱くなります。この麺には、もっと味の濃い、濃厚なソース
が合うんじゃないだろうかって。
美味しくない訳では無いのですが、何かもう一つって感じがしちゃいます。
ボリュームは普通。＋200円で大盛にしておけば良かったかとちょっと後悔。
