ランチにお蕎麦をいただきたくて、webで検索して「ここにしよう」伺いました。
ご夫婦ふたりで切り盛りされています。
夜は伺ったことがないのでわかりませんが。
まぐろ丼のまぐろがおいしい。
ごはんに甘めのタレがかかっていて、お醤油は必要ありません。
この日の小鉢は、ひじきの煮物。丁寧に作られている感じでおいしい。
お漬物を口に入れたとき、ふわっと糠のいい香りがして「これが本物のぬか漬けだ！」と思いました。
スーパーで買ったぬか漬けは偽物か・・・・・みたいな。
メインのお蕎麦は、もちろん、ちゃんと美味しい。
お蕎麦の香り、コシ。
蕎麦湯までしっかりといただきました。
いいお店を見つけました。
