先日突然の閉店で驚きのあった伝説の肉蕎麦港屋インスパイア系のお蕎麦屋さん。
外観はこ洒落た手打ち蕎麦屋さん的な印象で、なんの先入観もなく、お邪魔したのですが、カウンターだけで7-8名でいっぱいの広いとは言えない店内。
メニューを見ると港屋さんっぽいメニューのレパートリーでもしやと感じ、とりあえず基本の肉蕎麦をオーダー。
１時近かったので、店内はがらがら。オーダーしてから汁を温め、蕎麦を茹で始め。
それほど待つこともなく、到着。
港屋さんのように、これでもかと言うほどの量はなく、上品めな感じの盛り付け。がっちり濃い色の曳きぐるみの太い蕎麦。
お約束の海苔はたっぷりかかっています。
肝心の汁ですが、ラー油が勝っていて、出汁などの印象が薄い❗
ちょっと寂しかったかな…と言う印象でした。
そうそう、こちらはランチタイム中は写真撮影禁止。
