神田神保町。専大前と水道橋の間 大原簿記学校の近くのお蕎麦屋さん
お店はT字状に客席があります。入口近くはテーブル。奥はカウンターです。券売機で購入し、カウンターに食券を出します。
今日の野菜天は、舞茸、なす、かぼちゃです。
おつゆは昆布しいたけなどか出汁を取り無化調で深い味わい。蕎麦は店内に石臼があり自家製麺かと思います。
ナスは薄切りですが美味しく、舞茸はボリュームあり。かぼちゃホクホクでお汁に良く合います。
