かき揚げ天そば ５６０円 うちそば（神保町）
そばは細めで温かい蕎麦でもコシを残していた。
けれど、啜りだすとすぐに伸び出した。
かけつゆは熱々。甘さ控えめでスッキリしていた。
けれど、揚げたてかき揚げが載っているので、すぐに油流出が始まった。
温かいそばで揚げ物系を入れたい場合はちくわ天や海老天など、
かき揚げではないタネが良さそうだ。
冷しなら間違いないだろな。
券売機は丼とのセットが充実していたので、得意なのは飯ものかもしれない。
