This time, when I was on a business trip to Tokyo, I chose a restaurant near my hotel to have dinner in advance and went there after checking in, but to my surprise, it was closed. When I found out that it was closed, I searched again on the spot, found it, and the place I headed to was fully booked! It wasn't on this day. So, I searched again and found this, which I will introduce today. It was a small restaurant, right next to a crowded restaurant, but it turned out to be a good idea. The restaurant's website says, ``Creative Italian Cuisine cuisine made with Japanese ingredients and seasonings. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy wines from all over the world and Japan.'' Both the wine and the food tasted just like me. The restaurant is run by a male chef and a male server. Casual decor and atmosphere. When I visited around 7pm, there was only one group of customers in front of me. However, while I was there, all seats except the counter seats were full. It's popular, isn't it? I'm glad that there are three types of wine by the glass: white and red. First, let's toast alone with Spumante (800 yen)! It's a dry brand called "Dandelione." The first thing I ordered was ``Today's Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Mustard Sauce'' from the ``Today's Recommendations'' on the blackboard menu. We made the size for one person. The full size was 1,400 yen and the half size was 700 yen. The fish of the day was yellowtail. It's not that fatty at this time of year, but the addition of olive oil went well with the mustard sauce. Next is "Shrimp and Squid with Ajillo Baguette". It's 980 yen. There were plenty of shrimp and squid, and the potatoes and onions also did a good job. Naturally, it's hot, and I eat it while dipping the baguette in the soup. It tasted like wine. The white wine I ordered after Spumante was Tebalto Bianco (700 yen). The spumante and white wine were all dry, and I was personally happy. It has a refreshing taste and goes well with food. For the final pasta dish, I chose the Octopus and Edamame Puttanesca (1,600 yen). The fettuccine has a chewy texture. The sauce had a salty taste, so it went well with the tomato sauce. It was voluminous and I was eating a baguette with Ajillo, so I was really full! The last red is "Tebalt Rosso" (700 yen). Medium bodied with good tannins. That's about 5,400 yen for a single drink. I was very satisfied with both the content and taste. Thank you for the meal. Click here for the blog article. http://asap.blog.jp/archives/50149152.html
