身を削るほどの
恋がしたい
最近、
ビャンビャン麺が話題ですが
ふとビャンビャン麺ではなくて
刀削麺が食べたくなりお店を
検索してみました。
そこで出てきたのが
「純中国伝統料理四川料理 芊品香」。
暫定・日本で一番ウマい刀削麺
と書かれています。
これは行かねば！！
九段下と飯田橋の細い道に
「純中国伝統料理四川料理 芊品香」
はあります。
街の中華料理屋さんを
少し高級にした感じの店がまえです。
夕食時に行ったのですが
お店はにぎわってました。
中国人と日本人半々と言ったところ。
メニューを開くと魅力的な
辛そうなお料理の数々が！
お店の心意気を読むと
絶対美味しそうな料理出てくる！
って確信が持てました。
どんなお料理が出てくるか
楽しみです！
まずは青島ビールで乾杯！
川海老の麻辣揚げ480円
素揚げかと思ったら
ふんわりとした衣がついて
います。
そのおかげで口の中を
怪我する心配もありません。
たっぷり乗った山椒最高！
辛くて痺れてビールが進む！
本番麻辣刀削麺850円。
辛さが「小辛」「中辛」
「極辛」「地獄」から選べるのですが、
さすがに「地獄」は怖いので
「極辛」にしました。
一口スープを飲むと...
むせましたｗ
かっらい！
でも、美味しい！
辛さの中に旨みあり。
ゴマダレのコクと麻辣の痺れが
素晴らしい！！
こだわりの四川現地から
仕入れてきた高級「漢源麻山椒」
と数種類の香辛料を使用
とのこと。
美味しいわけです。
手作業で削った麺は
しこしこつるりと
刀削麺独特の食感と味わい。
辛さで麻痺した舌にボイルした
キャベツがうれしい。
ごろっとしたひき肉も食べ応えあり！
たしかに、ここのお店美味しかったです。
ちょっと前まで新宿にもあったのですが
なくなってしまったみたい。
今は九段下店しかないようです。
ビャンビャン麺ばかりではなく
たまには刀削麺、いかがですか？
