九段下の中華店「純中国伝統料理四川料理 芊品香」。
九段下駅より徒歩7分ほど。
13時ごろに訪れたらほぼ満席。ほとんどがこの辺りのサラリーマン。
麻婆豆腐にしようかと思ったが、やっぱりここにきたら刀削麺。
辛さが選べるようだ。中辛の上は極辛、その上は地獄。まだ地獄へ行きたくないので中辛をオーダー。パクチーも追加。
・痺れる麻辣刀削麺 880円 中辛
具材はモヤシ、キャベツ、パクチー。
スープは胡麻の円やかさに仄かな酸味が心地いい。見た目はコッテリだけど意外と飲み口優しい。辛さも適度。
欲を言えばもう1段階くらい温度が高いと嬉しいのだが。
ほうとう並の太さに不揃いの麺はツルツルとした舌触りにモチモチとした食感。
これ美味しいですね。スープと絡んでるかと言われると微妙だけど。
何気にゴロっとした挽肉が食感アクセントになってます。
この挽肉と切れた短い刀削麺をレンゲですくいながらスープをズズッと。止まらないな。
次から次へとお客さんが入ってくるのも納得。次は麻婆豆腐かな。ごちそうさまでした。
