13時でしたが、そこそこお客さんが入っていて。
なんの台湾料理かな〜？とメニュー見たら…
これ中国料理やないかー(´･_･`)！
ルーロー飯も麺線、牡蠣のオムレツ、臭豆腐はどこ？？
気を取り直して、牛肉刀削麺＆半チャーハンを注文。
よくお店を見ると、店員さん全員中国人やないか…
なんて台湾料理とかつけたんだろう。
台湾を名乗るなら、ちょっとでも台湾料理を作らなきゃ(´；Д；`)
さて、牛肉刀削麺＆半チャーハンが来ました。
あれ？牛肉でだしを取ってるがと思ったら…
あんかけ？あんかけ？
スープに出汁をまったく感じず、醤油の味しかしない(´･_･`)
台湾でしょ？八角とか使ってみて。(悲)
牛肉も固くて食べれない。。
チャーハンはどうやって作ったらあんなになるかな。
味がしない…
これで980円は納得いかない…
