今日は、九段下のたいよう軒さんに行く予定が、行列で断念。
プランBであげていたこちらに。
13時ごろ到着。並びは無く、店内は3割程度の入り。
台湾ラーメン＋半チャーハン850円を。
台湾ラーメンと言えば味仙。
しばらくして到着。
まず台湾ラーメンから。
お、辛い。
が、味仙ほどではない。
マイルドな辛さ。
2，3口で慣れてしまう辛さだ。
麺は、味仙よりやや細め。
トータルとしては悪くない台湾ラーメンだが、
何となく無難に仕上がってしまっている。
味仙くらい辛くていいと思う。
半チャーハンは、美味しかった。
食べるとやや清涼感ある香りがする。
何かはわからない。
炒め具合もパラパラでいいと思う。
