この日はちょっと早めのランチ。
九段下方面へ歩くと見慣れぬ店が。肉バル310 があった場所に新しいイタリアン
の店がオープンしていたので、この日はこちらで。
開店間もない時間なので、先客はゼロ。カウンターの奥の席に陣取ります。
頭の上の黒板には店名「MOLO DI IIDABASHI（飯田橋埠頭）」の由来が書かれて
います。
席に着きメニューを眺めます。ランチメニューは6種のパスタ。日替わりは浅利と
しめじの和風パスタ。和風って気分じゃなかったので、こちらはパス。
グランドメニュー5種の中から、ボロネーゼとカルボナーラで迷い、クリームの
気分になり、温泉卵のカルボナーラ（1,100円）を大盛でお願いします。
大盛は無料、乾麺で150gだそうです。
ご主人曰く、ボロネーゼが人気らしく、肉の量もあるので、普通盛でも大盛に
見えちゃうのだとか。次回はボロネーゼですかね（笑）
で、待つこと4分強で提供。かなり早いです。
麺の上にはたっぷりのチーズ、そして温泉卵。普通カルボナーラと言えば卵黄
だけですが、温玉なんで白身もしっかり乗ってます。
さっそく麺を数本口へ。麺の茹で加減はちょうどいいアルデンテ、個人的には
カルボナーラの時はもう少し柔らかくてもいいかなって気もしますが、これが
ベストなんでしょうね。
そこから、チーズと温玉をしっかり麺に絡めて食べていきます。
チーズの濃厚さを感じる反面、温玉がマイルドな方向へ誘い、不思議な感じ。
温玉じゃなく、卵黄だけの方がいいのではってちょっと思います。
厚めにカットされたベーコンの塩っけは丁度良くパスタにマッチします。
大盛のボリュームはお腹を満たすには十分です。味にも量にも満足のランチ。
完食後、お冷を飲み干しお会計です。
支払いは現金オンリーです。
次はボロネーゼか、プリプリ小海老のポモドーロも気になります。
