学生時代は味噌味、角肉、味玉子載せ明太ご飯のカクタマミソメンタイゴハンを常用。
その後北九州に引っ越し25年ぶりの訪問。
ぼんしゃんキクラゲ載せ、じゃんがら味玉載せ、からしゃんを注文。
ぼんしゃんは味薄めながら、豚骨風味のとろっとしたスープ。固めんで頼んだ麺は団子に。
久々のじゃんがらはこちらも味薄めで豚骨よりも野菜の風味。
福岡に渡りラーメン食べ過ぎて味覚が変化した？
