基本は開店時、2回転時などの時間制。
予約しないと入れない感じらしい。
近くに用事があり、当日電話したら17時半の部ならいけるとのことで1人で訪問。
基本テーブル席なのでほとんど2人以上でした。
定番メニューのほか、その日のおすすめも板に書いてあるのは嬉しい。
まず、肉についてはほぼ文句なしで美味しい。
タン、レバー、赤身を食べたが全て美味しい。
量、質共に都内でちょっといい焼肉を食べたい時には訪れたい。
肉は出てくるまで少し時間がかかるので、塩辛をつまみつつ、逸るお腹を抑える。
瓶ビールにエビスがあるのはありがたいが、グラスが水滴まみれなのと、冷えてないのは残念。お酒にはあまり力を入れていないのか、二回転目故か、、、
自家製麺しそサワーなるものが気になったが時期ではないとのことで、また違う季節に来てみたい。
