I hadn't reached the limit for PayPay's seafood campaign yet, so I went to our restaurant for a rare weekday lunch to try some fish. Our restaurant Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Sushi. It is a sister store to Kajiya Bunzo and Danya. I thought it would be crowded with foreign tourists at a Sushi Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Akihabara, so I went in and found out what happened. Zero foreign tourists. The customers were 100% Japanese, and the tables were crowded with year-end parties. I wonder if we live in an era where Ramen is more popular than Sushi for foreigners. I was guided to a counter seat and ordered the nigiri Tempura udon set (1,000 yen). The menu includes Sushi, tempura, and udon noodles. I had a choice of having the udon noodles cold or hot, so I asked for them to be warm. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food to be served. First, try eating udon while it's still warm. Udon is Kanto-style udon. The soup has a sweeter soy sauce flavor than the dashi stock. It's been a while since I've seen brown udon soup like this. There are four types of tempura: snap peas, satsuma sweet potatoes, chikuwa, and shrimp. The condiments are grated radish, grated ginger, and green onion. The batter is crispy and fried well. There are 4 types of grips and 1 type of warship. The sushi rice is so soft that it crumbles when you hold it with chopsticks. It's full of wasabi and will make you feel excited. The ingredients are okay, but it's not a Sushi specialty restaurant, so it's within the acceptable range. Small dish of spinach. I appreciated the fact that it didn't rely on salads such as shredded cabbage. Overall, okay. The tempura might have been the most delicious. However, I liked that there was a good variety and that I was able to enjoy eating a variety of dishes. If you pay with PayPay, you haven't reached the limit yet (*_*) It would be a waste if you don't eat Sushi at one more place (lol) Thank you for the meal.
