個室が良かったので10日前に予約
初めてなのでメニューからアラカルトも面倒なので杉のあかりコースを予約時に注文です
19時に着席して月曜日の夜なのにお店は賑わってました
まず前菜を食べて納得 味付け良く美味しいです。
刺身は白海老 鯛や
富山ではイナダをふくらぎって呼ぶんですね
お刺身もそうですがふくらぎ照り焼き
イナダをこんなに美味しくできるんだと
ちょっと驚きでした。
コース以外に単品でガス海老のお刺身は味が濃厚でした
ガス海老唐揚げは唐揚げでした 笑
美味しかったのがまた単品で頼んだイカスミの地獄煮←料理名が合っているか不安ww
里芋やイカゲソやゴボウとニンジンやら入っていて
薬膳スープみたいにスープの出汁が旨くて
これは次回もリピ確定です。
総合的に全品 好みの味付けでした。
ちなみにコース後半の白海老のかき揚げやそうめんは腹パンで残してしまい
デザートにもたどり着けずでした(^^;)
ご馳走さまでした。
