¥750 ロースカツカレー(小盛)
お腹すいた…そんなときに目に付く黄色と赤色の看板。
吸い込まれたのは金沢カレー、ゴーゴーカレー！
小盛でもかなりの量があることを私は知っている。
ソフト 150g(店員さんへ直接注文)
小盛 200g
中盛 300g
大盛 400g
特盛 500g
ステンレスのお皿！
ルーがドロっと濃厚濃密！
先割れフォークで食べる！
ルーの上にカツ&ソース！
そうそう、これこれ！
見た目の割には軽いフォークの違和感。
一口食べてずっしり、うん、この感じ！
濃厚なルーはどっしりと構えています。
お米ともしっかり密着し離れない。
ロースカツは薄くて脂の少ない肉肉しさ。
衣が薄くてザクザクっと歯切れがいい。
加工魚肉のカツ風駄菓子が過ぎる衣の均一さ。
卓上にはソース。カツにはすでにかかっているので
キャベツにかけたり、追いソースにしたり。
私はキャベツに福神漬け派！
ゴーゴーカレーは卓上に福神漬けがあるので
キャベツが見えなくなるまでどっさりかけちゃう。
ゴーゴーカレー問題としてよく取り上げられる
ごはんに対してルー足りない問題、
福神漬けとソース(?)で乗り切ってください。
案外ぺろっと小盛が食べられました。
というのも直前にコンビニの
Lがつくチキン、ホットを3つとおにぎりを…。
これはこれでなんだか物足りない！
大盛りにしてみようかな…。
金沢のチャンカレが恋しい〜。
