いつもゴリラの看板ばかりが気になってしまいます、ゴーゴーカレー。
デフォルトで色の濃いカレーライスの上にソースがかかったカツと千切りキャベツが添えられています。
これが銀の皿に盛られ、先割れスプーンかフォークで食べる
というのが「金沢カレー」の定義なのだそうですね。
同行者の勧めでウインナーとチーズをトッピングしました。
まずルーはドロっと濃厚。スパイシーさは無く、カレー味のソースと言ったほうがイメージが湧くかもです。
初見では「カレーに生のキャベツ？！」と思いましたが、なるほど、このルーには千切りキャベツがとても良く合います。
お替わりができるのも嬉しいです。
カツはサクサク、、というかちょっとクリスピー。細くカットされてるので食べやすさは良いです。
ウインナーはシャウエッセンなのがg素晴らしいです。やはり美味しい。
チーズはちょっとクドくなってしまうので自分は要らないかなと思いました。
