肉料理専門のレストランや焼肉店で知られる「肉の万世」が公式サイトなどで秋葉原本店を3月31日をもって閉店とすると発表しました。
万世のパーコー麺はクセになる味のスープと排骨をはじめとした肉の具材がたっぷり盛り付けられたラーメン。
今回閉店が伝えられた秋葉原本店のある「万世本店ビル」の万世橋酒場で提供されており、肉の万世といえばパーコー麺というほどファンも多いんです。
よくパーコー麺を食べていたので、もう食べれなくなるのでお友達と秋葉原の「万世橋酒場」へ行ってきました。
いただいたのは、
⭐️ パーコー麺 980円
「排骨（パーコー、パイコー）」とは、厚切りの豚バラ肉に衣をつけて揚げたもの。そのパーコーをラーメンの上にのせたメニューが「パーコー麺」です。発祥は台湾と言われ、台湾のソウルフードとして愛されています。
大きなお肉がインパクト大！見た目はボリューミーですが、意外とあっさりした味わいです。
万世の拉麺は歯ごたえ、のどごしが違います。肉屋ならではのクセになる味のスープと排骨をはじめとしたお肉の具、たっぷりボリュームの拉麺です。
最後に食べられてよかったです。
復活も検討しているということなので、また復活を期待しています。
