秋葉原の有名だった万世ビルが
2024年3月31日で
33年間の幕を終える
ハンバーグとステーキのフロアは
行ったことあったけど
万世麺まだ食べれてなかった〜！と
なんとか時間を見つけて秋葉原へ滑り込む
平日の15時という
絶対すいている時間に行っても
店内は満席、並びは10人ぐらいで
私みたいな人がたくさんいるのと
ずっと通ってた人が連日来てるんだろうな
並びの手前に券売機があり
先に支払いを済ませてから列に並ぶスタイル
・排骨ラーメン
1番シンプルなお店のメニューを
券にはパーコとカタカナで
印字されててシュールな感じ
並びの途中にテレビが見えるように
設置していてくれるのすごい親切
居酒屋と合体した感じの店内で
片方は横並びのカウンター
もう片方はぐるりと円の形のカウンター
紙エプロンも言うとくれるのでありがたし
目の前で揚げたてのお肉を
ザクザクと切る工程が見れるのが楽しい
カウンターの上をメニューを下げた紐に
つるされたオーダーが
ビュンと横切るのにたまにビビる
ラーメンの麺はもちっとしていて
優しいスープな感じなので
飲んだあととかに
めちゃくちゃピッタリそうな一杯
パイコーもジューシーで美味しかった
