本日、秋葉原で用事がありついでのランチ。
20代の時に数年アキバで働いていたことがあるんですが、昭和通りの両国側というのは全く行かなかったので未開の地。
生駒軒（イコマケン）
けっこう年配かと思われますが・・
動きはスピーディーだし、気遣いもうれしいお姉さま。
江戸っ子って感じでシャキシャキお客さん常連さんに声をかけてくれる。
このメニューだと通常であればエノキ丼を攻め込むんですが・・
他のお客さんが多く注文していたものが美味しそうだったので・・
什景炒飯（五目チャーハン） 900円 + 大盛り 100円
チャーハンこそ好みがバラバラだといえど、多くが好きな味というのはワタクシと同じだと思います。
・平均より若干パラパラしているも、しっとり感もある。
・大盛りの時は若干味付け薄め
・余分な具は入れない
・青ネギ多め
こんなところではないでしょうか。
コレです。ドマンナカ突き抜いてます。
大盛りもしっかりしているし、何よりシイタケの量が絶妙でこれ以上増えたり少なかったりしてもイケナイちょうどいい具合なんです。
こんなチャーハンが作れるようになったら人生の半分以上の食事がチャーハンになりそうです。
