今日のお昼は秋葉原にて。
駅から昭和通りを渡った路地裏の町中華、生駒軒神田和泉町店さんにて半チャーハンとラーメンのセット900円を半チャーハン少な目でお願いしました。
オーダーが通ると見えない厨房から即、カチャカチャと中華鍋を振る音が。
良いなぁこの感じ。
この地で53年。御歳80歳の店主。
調理師免許証は美濃部亮吉交付
先ずは3分程でチャーハンからサーブ。
全てがズドンと決まった感涙もの。
続くラーメンもサラサラの細麺にキラキラと油輝く清湯。
クラシカルなチャーシューとメンマにワカメ。
どちらも非の打ち所がない王道の一杯
帰り際、お釣りをギュッと手に押し付けるおばあちゃまの人懐っこい接客も健在。
