店の外に大きくタンタン麺の幟がでております。
中にはいると昭和にタイムスリップした様なお店。
中華屋さんなのに、生姜焼きなどの定食の張り紙も目立ちます。
麺類には小ライスが付いているとのこと。
試しにタンタン麺を頼んでみました。
タンタン麺の構成要素と言えば、唐辛子、胡麻、挽肉だと思っていた私には全く常識をひっくり返してくれた一品でした。（笑）
一言で言うと辛いタンメンでした。
でもこれが野菜たっぷりで美味しいんですよ。
こんな料理も有りだなと妙に納得した昼食でした。
でも本当に昭和の中華屋さんです。
がんばって生き残って欲しいものです。
