開発が進んだ秋葉原の路地に残ると赤提灯、昭和の一軒、とり匠。
1980年創業とはいえ、店舗内外、くたびれ過ぎてますね。
細長く奥へ延びる店内、1階は珍しい逆L字型のカウンター、2階もある模様です。
◆7本セット (2,400円 税込)
つくね、レバー、ナンコツ、砂肝、手羽、銀杏、アスパラ
焼鳥は焼き過ぎかつ塩気強過ぎ。
銀杏、アスパラも塩振り過ぎでした。
◆煮込み (700円 税込)
モツの下に豆腐が隠れていました。
結構なボリュームです。
◆お通し (300円 税込)
お新香、スープ
何気に胡瓜の漬物旨し、スープは塩気強し。
◆ビンビール (650円 税込)
串はボリュームは満点ですね。
しかし、焼き過ぎ感は否めず。
また、兎にも角にも塩っぱくて参りました。
これって、ちょっとした気遣いで改善できると思いますが。
