ＵＤＸには未だ未食のお店がいくつかありますが，お好み焼きもそのひとつ。いつもは店外待ちが出ていますが，この日は待ちなく空き席もあったので入店してみました。昼メニューはお好み焼きランチと広島焼ランチで広島焼ランチを選択，1,030円。ランチセットはごはんと味噌汁かサラダドリンクのいずれかを選ぶということでサラダと緑茶をお願いしました。広島焼は厨房で焼いたものを持ってきてくれますが，お好み焼きは自分で焼くか，お願いするか選べるようです。すぐに飲み物とサラダが来て，さほど待たずに広島焼が来ました。元が大阪のお店のせいか，やきそばの麺は太めでおそらくモダン焼に合う麺を使っているんだと思います。美味しくないということはないんですが，広島焼の薄いクレープ状の生地に太麺になるとどうも麺の主張が強くなり，生地の印象が弱くなるようです。大阪のお店で広島焼をお願いした選択ミスだったように思います。次回はおとなしくお好み焼きランチをいただいてみたいと思います。ブログ記事から投稿しました。
