東京メトロ日比谷線秋葉原駅からJR改札に近い出口を出てすぐのところにあるお店。朝は7時から営業。
ここの出汁は玉子を溶いた時の相性が抜群に良い。他の蕎麦屋で天たま頼んでもこうはならない。玉子込みの出汁は知ってる範囲で最高。特に朝の出汁が一番美味しく感じる。
最初に玉子を崩し、黄身を絡めながらそばを啜る。
昔に比べたら値上げしたがそれでも通うのは美味しいから。
個人的に立ち食い系の蕎麦屋さんは年中通して熱い蕎麦一択。また来ます。
