The ``Bunzoyaki'' I ate two days ago had such an impact on me that it came to me in a dream, so I revisited it on the first day of middle school. The day before yesterday, I visited the Kanda Sudacho store, but this time I will visit the Akihabara store. The location is right under the guard of the JR Sobu line, and it has a nice structure that looks like the main store. There were entrances on both the north and south sides. Since I had made a reservation in advance, I was seated safely at a semi-private table. Since it takes a long time to grill, I first ordered the ``Specialty Chicken Thigh Grilled in Bunzo / 759 yen'' and ``New Specialty Spicy Grilled Chicken Thigh with Bones / 759 yen''. I didn't want just the meatballs, so I ordered the squid shichimi-yaki and mentaiko that seemed to come out first. While nibbling on the squid and mentaiko that arrived first, I ate the ``Denki Bran'' that I saw in Asakusa. The mouth tastes like juice. This is not a very high frequency. I switched to black hoppy halfway through. In about 20 minutes, the two types of bone-in chicken you want will appear at the same time! Bunzoyaki came with cabbage cut into eighths, and parents came with baguette. To make both of them easier to eat, use the included scissors and knife to jiggle them. Enjoy the shredded chicken while soaking it in the oil and spices collected on the plate. Bunzoyaki is spicy and has a thick, dark texture, making it perfect for beer and sake. The firm texture of Oadori is also addictive. This time, I ordered Oyadori again instead of Bunzoyaki. Perhaps it's because of the location, but compared to the quieter Kanda-Suda-machi branch, this one has a lot of customers and is lively, giving it a nice atmosphere. Although the store staff had difficulty communicating in Japanese, they were very courteous. If I were to come again, I'd probably come here.
